  • Device & Usage Data: App activity, crash logs
  • Analytics Data: Anonymous traffic metrics

We do not collect: Health card numbers, Medical records from clinics, Financial data, or PHI through analytics.

How We Use Data: We do not use data for advertising, profiling, or resale.

  • To operate and improve the Service
  • To provide support to users
  • To store and retrieve information on behalf of caretakers
  • To generate anonymized usage insights

Data Storage & Residency

  • All data is stored on servers located exclusively in Canada.
  • We do not transfer data outside Canada without notice and updated consent.

Third Parties & Chain of Custody We may share data with:

  • Linked Organization: Purpose: Infrastructure & app operation
  • Cloud hosting provider (Canada-based): Purpose: Storage & security
  • Analytics provider: Purpose: Non-identifiable usage metrics

They are required to: Store data only in Canada, Not sell or re-use data, Use data only for app delivery, and Maintain security commitments.

Consent & Authority If you enter information about another person, you are responsible for obtaining their consent or having legal authority (POA, guardianship, etc.).

We do not verify consent — this is your responsibility.

Data Retention & Deletion

  • You may request deletion of your account or stored data at any time by contacting us.
  • We may retain anonymized data for research and operational purposes.

Security We use industry-standard security appropriate for a POC-stage product, including:

  • Encrypted storage
  • Access controls
  • Canadian data hosting

Your Rights (Canada) You have the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Request corrections
  • Request deletion
  • Withdraw consent
